Four new appointments have been made to the council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland.
Siobhan Caslin, Anne Henderson and Lee Wilson have been appointed as lay members and Michael McGuigan joins as a registrant member.
Caslin is a barrister with experience in public and regulatory law who advises the Payment Systems Regulator, an independent subsidiary of the Financial Conduct Authority, on the governance and regulation of payment systems in the UK.
Henderson is a chartered accountant who worked for Time Warner Inc in the US and Europe before joining BDO Stoy Hayward as a management consultant.
Wilson has extensive experience in health service finance and corporate governance and is a non-executive member of the Children's Court Guardian Agency for Northern Ireland at the Department of Health where he chairs its audit committee.
McGuigan is the superintendent pharmacist and head of operations for North Meols Pharmacy Limited. All four will start their terms on November 4.
Terms will end no later than November 3, 2028 and council members receive an attendance fee of £120 for meetings of up to four hours and £240 for over four hours.
